About the South Euclid Municipal Court
The South Euclid Municipal Court serves the city of South Euclid and neighboring Cleveland Metroparks communities.
The Court hears misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic cases, civil cases involving $15,000 or less, and Small Claims cases where the amount in dispute is $6,000 or less. The Court may hold preliminary hearings for felony charges. If probable cause is found, the case will be sent to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
