About Cleveland Municipal Court
The Cleveland Municipal Court celebrated its 100th anniversary on January 2, 2012. The court serves the following areas Cleveland and the village of Bratenahl.
The Cleveland Municipal Court hears traffic offenses and misdemeanor criminal cases. The court’s Civil Division handles civil cases where the total amount of damages is $15,000 or less and small claims where the amount of damages is $6,000 or less.
